President Bush brought 13 special guests to the Island in September for a photo-op heavy with symbolism. They were political dissidents from 13 foreign countries - Garry Kasparov, Natan Sharansky and others less well known here. It made a dramatic photo, good politics for the President and great advertising for the Island as photo-prop.
